Front wheel bearings 200 91

I had an alignment done today, they said there was play in the front bearings. There is some and the car has 211,000 miles. Can they just be re-packed or do they need to be replaced?

Also, is there any kind of safe lube to use on lug nuts. It seems that even when I know I did not cross thread them when installing, every now and then one will strip when I take it off. It starts to come off ok, but then gets hung up (I cleaned the threads before removing nut)and strips. This is the third time I have done this. What can I use on them to help lubricate the stud, but not risk the nut working loose?

Many thanks,

Ralph
