Brake Light Not working! HELP! 700 1987

Hey guys, I'm pretty new on this side of the BB. I'm usually on the FWD side. But anyways, I'm having a little problem with my '87 760 Turbo that was just given to me. The brake lights in the tail lights are not working. The brake light above the rear hat shelf is also not working. I checked all the fuses, but everything seems to be in working oder. I also checked the brake light wiring with a test light, but there is NO power going to these wires! All the other tail light lights work (park, turn, reverse, etc) What's up with this? It would be great if anyone could help me out. Thanks!
