Volvo vibration at 45-60 mph info 700 1990

I want to add to the knowledge base about my 740's vibration

problem that may help others. Started out with the usual,

balance, re-balanced the tires, no luck. Replaced the rims

and tires, still no luck. A dynamic balancing did well, but

still had some shake at 45-60 mph and rotating the tires made

it bad again. Finally took it to another dealer and they found

it right off - a wheel was bent. (The part that you screw

the lug nuts onto.) Replaced this...vibration is gone!

Took a couple of years and big bucks but its finally over.

Hopefully this will save someone else the time and frustration.
