Dashboard replacement 700 1989

I can get a 1989 740 turbo wagon in overall nice condition with 118K on it for $2800. However, the dashboard has a huge star crack on it(around 18 actual cracks).

Is it possible to have the top dashboard replaced?

Also, would it be possible to install speakers in the tailgate?
