A/C pulley doesn't line up??? 140-160 71

I jusst rebuilt the B20 in my '71 142 and decided to add A/C so I got a hold of a double crank pulley (2 grooves) and the littlewidle pulley that goes with it from a 142 that came with factory A/C. Only problem is that now the fan pulley lines up with neither groove in the crank pulley. What gives?? It seems to be lined up right between the 2 grooves...

Should I have grabbed the fan pulley from the donor car as well? Are there different depths of fan pulleys?
