Intermittent no cranking. 700 90

Hi,

My Volvo has an intermittent problem recently. Not good. Starter doesn't crank engine if I keep my car under sun after several mile drive. If I try many times to start, eventually the starter crank engine (may be after 1 hr). Once starter can crank, engine easily starts and I have no problem to run.

Last summer, I had no starting symptom. Engine cranks but can not catch fire. I have got new fuel pump relay, rpm sensor, and idle control valve. That problem was gone since then. But after one year, now I have another problem.

Battery? I put my battery Dec. '97. Help me.
