hesitates on acceleration 200 81

Recently, my 240 started hesitating when coming out of 1st gear or anytime while accelerating at slow speeds. She will die completely when the engine warms up, but will start back up. However, I usually have to ride the clutch to keep her from dying out again. She runs like a top at highway speeds (55+ mph). The AMM has been replaced as well as the spark plugs and coil. The last mechanic to work on her said the fuel pressure was ok and thought the coil was the culprit. Any ideas or suggestions before she goes back to the shop is appreciated. Thanks is advance.

Jesse
