help (getting desperate) 700 1985

Does anyone know what I should see re: voltage and/or resistance at injector plugs.

With key in on position I'm getting no resistance between either wire to ground. And very little voltage (.03)

The injectors, with fuel rail pulled, squirt like hoses, no mist at all.

I have redone all wiring harness prior to this and may be getting too much voltage to them. One is leaking, and I'm not sure if I fried it, or it's got something stuck. The weird thing is it's leaking up around the seat in intake manifold. I've replaced the 0-rings, so it's not that.

The only way I can get car to start is with starting fluid. The car will run but very roughly at high (1500-1800rpm) idle. Nothing I do changes it that much,

i.e.

AMM connector on or off; it won't rev too well with it off, revs okay with it on,

screwing in plastic idle screw will eventually kill engine, from 1200-1300

to quit.

IAC, remove plug will kill engine if idle screw is in past a certain point,

TPS, if turned all the way down (right hand on it turn counterclock) will smooth engine, but increase engine to 2000rpm.

One last thing, while running, I have removed fuel relay, and fuse 11, and the engine keeps running. is this normal.

btw I have removed and cleaned throttle body, intake manifold, all plugs and wires, distributor cap, replaced Hall sensor plastic connector, main fuel pump works, in-tank pump is new and works, fuel filter changed twice in last month and finally a new Fuel Press. reg. (I haven't even been on the road yet,

Any ideas?
