242glt/cold start runs great/few seconds,misses 200 83

Hey guys,

242glt rebuild,ran great but didnt pass emissions.Took it to "expert"and he set timing and still didnt pass.Drove poorly after visit,missing on acceleration.Checked vacuum leaks and replaced suspect hoses and misses less.

However,right after startup the car sounds great,revs great.But after few seconds,starts to miss a little on acceleration.Kind of wierd.
