How much damage? New B20 got hot...

So my brand new B20 got hot 3 or 4 times to 230Fand once to 260F (on the guage).

There was never signs over 'boiling over'.

oil pressure dropped as it got hot but was always over 30lbs

Oil pressure at 250 miles of breakin is 60 now when driving and 30 at hot idle.

What damage is likely to have happened from hitting these temps?
