Help On Volvo Diesel 700 1983

I hope someone can help me with this Volvo:

I bought a low mileage Volvo, (1983 460GLE D24T), that had a broken timing belt. The camshaft is broken so I need to take the head off. I bought the only manual for the Diesel I could find. I'm not real fond of Chiltons, but I guess its better than nothing. Anyway in going through the procedures on head removal the book calls for "special tools" NO. 5199, NO. 5189, NO. 5190, and NO. 5197. My question is are these really special tools or just their way of saying long screwdriver and lead hammer? If they really are special tool that I will need where do I get them? Any other tips with this engine would be appreciated.

Thanks Munch.

-Jon
