I have owned cars that did, as others posted, tend to make the deer run just as I pull even with them.

Get a big stereo and some thumpa, thumpa, music. Wwe tried that last year. My neighbor forgot and rolled up his window just before a heavy passage. It blew out his windows.

I suggest drilling holes in the rear shelf in the trunk so the big bass thump is directed down. Careful. I have heard that there is a tendancy for this type installation to lift the rear wheels off the ground in those heavy passages.
