i FEEL YOUR PAIN! The insurance company WILL give you a hard time. Its their way of trying to work you down so that you will settle for less. Do not back down at all from your fight with insurance. The problem? "oh I am sorry sir but how old is your car? Well you know it's only worth so much". My wife was in our 87 245 and got run over by an 18 wheeler while she was at a stop, with my 2 and 3 year old in the car.(Dumbass ran over the enitr front end, stuts were completely horizontal) As luck would have it the local television station was filming some kinda report and got the whole thing on tape! It took us over 2 months to get any type of compensation from his insurance and then they still didn't want to cover medical expences. Moral of the story "The friggin insurance company forced me to get a lawyer to get them just to cover my cost". Let the buyer beware!!
