UPDATE on blown motor 745Ti-what should i do now... 700 88

Well, turns out after seeing the 91 B230FT for $650 in person, the block and head were stamped as 87! I told him and was like "well, who cares" so i walked off after getting my deposit back. So the motor is pulled from my 745 and 2 massive holes in the block (2nd was under the turbo!) both on the sides of #4 rod (you can see through the block now...)....I located a 90 744Ti, 128k o nthe car, running in a front end wreck, motor without turbo/accessories is $950 pulled OR whole car is $1600 (+tax and title) so about $1800 for everything. I also located a very nice 87 744Ti with a M46 or M47 (says manual trans so i don't know which, but the body/engine/int look good from the pics) for $2300 or best. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I don't know what to do, i could get a non volvo and just let it go but.....i would at least like it running...any opinions? should i get the 87 744Ti w/manual and swap stuff over or the 90 744ti for the motor?thanks
