Where is my fuel pump relay? 200 1989

I've done lots of reading here and since I can't seem to find a franchise mechanic willing to touch it and can't locate a good Volvo mechanic in my area, might try to fix this myself - can't be without a car. Where is the fuel pump relay in an '89 240DL wagon - can anyone point me in the right direction?
