760 GLE: doing front brakes, ?'s 700 1986

I'm slowly getting my 760 to a safe, driveable state. I purchased new OEM rotors and pads and plan on putting those on tomorrow as well as bleeding the brakes.

I started in on the brakes today. I got to where I took the screw-in wheel guide pin out then went to undo the caliper to get the rotor off and the pads. I then realized that the caliper bolt I was not going to cause the caliper to rotate up and out of the way (my MR2's brakes were like that). Instead it looks like I'll need an allen wrench to undo the two allen-head bolts on the back to free the caliper. Am I right? Anything else from there?

Also, what's the wheel nut torque so I don't warp my new rotors?

Lastly, can anyone give me some insight on how to bleed brakes? I've never done it before.

Thanks!!!
