changing transmission mount for novice?DIY? 700 90

I let the dealer changed my motor mounts,but from the description I read of the transmission mount change on a AW70,71 its seems straight forward,any tip on holding the tranx up and breaking the tranx pan,seems to be made of very thin material there,the pan?

Which one to buy,dealer 22US+ tax,fcpgroton $8 mail order,alloem $12 Peters?,
