exchanging seats? 200 89

I own an 89 240 wagon, bought it used two years ago for commuting back and forth from NH to college in PA. Other than some minor collision damage to the rear passenger door, it's in beautiful shape. The old owner smoked, and I picked it up for about $2200. Two days with an ozone machine later, the smell is gone, replaced by the familar "old Volvo" aroma. This is my question - I have vinyl seats, all of which except for one are in great shape. The passenger seat has a broken support rod -and- a rip in the foam. It's at the point where nobody wants to drive around with me.:) I've gone to the local Volvo guy, who offered to switch it for another seat from his junkyard for about $75. The problem lies in the fact that he only has cloth seats from a sedan. I don't mind switching my vinyl for cloth, I actually prefer it, and he's agreed to exchange the driver seat for no additional charge. There's no problem with the front two seats. I need to know if there's any way to install the back seat from the sedan into the wagon. I know the seat bottoms are identical, the backs are what I'm not sure about. They look similar, but I'd need to install the headrests somehow and don't know what else is involved. If there isn't any way to do it, I'll just end up having cloth seats in the front and vinyl in the back, not the cruelest of fates. I just figured I'd give it a try.
