Thermal Vacuum Valve 200 84Turbo

In process of rewiring, detached the intake manifold and found one of the stem from the Thermal Vacuum Valve is missing previous owner put a screw on it. Hose to enrichment switch is still attached. I think thats why I have hesitation (car wants to die) below 2000rpm after 5 min warm up. Is this correct? Tried calling the local dealer if they have the part but have no idea what I'm talking about. Anybody know where I can get it besides salvage yards.

Or Can I hook the vacuum line direct to manifold and just hook it to a turbo timer or timer set for during cold start and cut power after 10 min. What do you guys/gals think?
