Chrysler Ignition - No Start 200 82

I have a 82 245 wagon with the Chrysler ignition system on it will not start. I am not getting any spark. I have replaced the Hall pickup unit and the ignition ECM. I have voltage to the coil, but can not get a "pulse". My question is 1) how to properly troubleshoot this ignition system; and 2) what is the proper wire colors going to terminals 1 and 15 on the coil. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance for any replies.
