RF Brake Heating UP 200 93

1993 245 with 178K. Brake pads appear within normal limits. Brakes operate adequately. However, while motoring the steep inclines of Cape Breton Isle's Cabot Trail the right front brake heats up to the point of burnt brake odor and the wheel is hot to touch. This is a real roller-coaster of a ride. Other wheels appear OK. How can I correct this problem? Should I replace these pads that have overheated?
