remote shift stick and knob options 120-130 67

I'm installing a remote shifter and am in need of a shift knob. This later style shift lever (originally from an 1800) has more of a bend than what I've been told exists on same part for 140 and some other series. As this is for 122, I'd like to get a straighter stick that will index with my remote shifter. This style has circlip to retain stick in housing instead of threaded cap.

Current bent stick does not have threads, just vertical knurling and the knob is pressed on - has OD switch in knob. The knob is busted. I need a nice plain knob without the OD switch (I'm using center pull on turn signal to activate OD). Is there such a knob - kinda plum tomato shape which presses on rather than threading on?
