Driving me nuts! (LH problem) 200 89

This freaking car is testing my patience. Here's the problem. Car dies out without any warning. Check the codeds, 1-4-4 Lh 'signal missing, assumes at full load'. I try starting it again and couple of cranks, and she fires up, Check engine light goes and everything is fine. Untill it stalls the next day.

Again randomly it will do it again. This time starting back up again, the Check engine light stays on. I have to stop and crank it a couple of times to make the light go away.

Yesterday it stalled on me as I was making a K turn. Smack in the middle of the road.

Even got a speeding ticket as I speeding trying to get over a (after I stalled) bridge so I would not stall out and I would have enough momentum to clear the bridge.

My friends 89 Camary with 289 K miles runs like a charm. I'm losing faith in the little money guzzler.

Everything checks out ok. Fuses are good, fuel pump relay looks fine, wiring looks ok, ect. Can replicate the symptoms. It would do this last year, and then it stopped doing it for a whole year.

It's deemed unreliable.

Any suggestions?
