Differents in fuel pump relays 700 1985

I have a problem that my car takes about 1 to 2 seconds to

start all the time (not on restart then it takes ½ second)

My fuel pump relay (the green one) has Volvo part nr 1 348 600

Acording to my Volvo part store there are three versions of

this relay. The newest one has Volvo part nr 352 3639

What is the difference.
