No more speed imcrease when braking 200 89

It was a vacuum leak - but not in the brake booster - at the end of the shortest hose I have ever seen in my life. The hose (more like a long nipple), was all cracked. I duct taped it until I get the part. That stopped the speed increase.

Still don't know why the overdrive switches itself on kind of (weird). Anyway, found the overdrive relay. Looking at the back I see those familiar Volvo # 15 and # 30 terminals. Any test I can do with a meter?
