Antenna Connecton?? 700 1990

I have just bought a 1990 740GL and in the process of fixing some things up, I found the last owner has disconnected the auto antenna power from the back of the stereo, I can't figure out how to reconnect it. Is it independant of the stereo unit? The antenna switch has four wires 2 blue and two white one leads to the ashtray light the others?? any help would be appreciated..
