Swedish vs American 245 200 89

Is anyone familiar with the differences between cars sold in Sweden versus those sold in the US? The reason I ask is because I just purchased a very low mileage 1989 Volvo 245 Limited Edition from the original owner with all the paper work. He purchased the car brand new in Sweden. I noticed the car has a couple of minor cosmetic differences than the '87 245 I use to own. The radio antenna is mounted on the rear of the car and it lacks the black trim paint at the base of the windows (the car is the original metallic grey). Is this typical of Swedish (European) vs American Volvos and are there any other differences? Just curious. Thanks, Rob
