122 parts availibility 120-130 '67

Greetings from the 240 board. I am most familiar with 240s (own a '84 242ti currently)and have some 122 questions. Why? There is '67 122 wagon for sale where I live and all I can say is DAMN! What a beautiful car!!! So, now I'm wondering, would restoring a car like this run my into a never ending search for impossible to find parts? I'd probably consider swapping the tubo engine and m46 into the 122, is this possible? What about the 122's suspension? Reasonably restorable? How much 122 stuff carries over to the 240 series? Are there many interchangeable parts? If it's rusty (haven't seen it yet) can body panels be sourced? Sorry for all the questions, but any wisdom any of you could impart would be GREATLY appreciated!

-Kenny
