ABS Brakes pulsating, chattering and groaning 200 92

Hi,

I have a 92 240 wagon with 100k. The ABS pulsates first time you start it up and brake. A couple of excellent Volvo mechanics said that it was normal. It continues way beyond normal. It pulsates for 5- 10 pushes on the brake pedal before it "evens out" I have a 92 sedan and it doesn't do the same thing at all. The mechanics worked on it for a couple hours swaping computers etc. They finally came up with the diagnoses of a dirty comtact at the computer.

I picked it up, it worked fine. Same problem the next day.

Any suggestions? Bleed the brakes? Clean the sensors? The ABS light is working but doesn't come on at all. HELP!!!
