Excessive crankcase pressure 700 87

I read all there was in the FAQ section on the oil seperator/flame trap section and checked out the components today. The flame trap was dirty but I could breath through it without effort. The small fitting was cleared and the hose was not plugged. I could see the oil vapor rising into the oil seperator so I can assume that the drain line is unplugged? After checking these things out the oil filler cap is still jiggling like crazy. I must not be seeing something. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks.
