Driver side power window 900 93

I have two problems with my front door electric lift and glass.

The first problem is the window really drags on the way down for the last few inches. I have sprayed some lube in the tracks, and it helps for a little while, but the problem always comes back. I have pulled the trim panel and lubed everything I can see. What am I missing?

The second problem may be related to the first. The window glass has a long (and wide, 1") scratch on the outside, top to bottom, about one or two inches from the rearward edge of the door frame. I looked for an object, or worn pad, but it's almost impossible to see anything in there. Did I miss something obvious?
