VIN numbers?? 900 All

I tried using the URL advertised on Brickboard to decipher details on a 1991 945T for sale locally. However, the VIN number on that wagon is: YV1945216N2035664, which doesn't compute with the website format. Can anyone advise why this vehicle's VIN number does not follow the advertised format, and how this VIN is deciphered. I'm looking especially to see where it was manufactured and if it has the B230FT motor or the dreaded B234FT.
