I have bought 2 sets of Nokian's from Import tire by mail order, very fast ( both times recieved tires within 4 days ).

You can also buy them directly from the Nokian distributor in TN if you don't have a dealer within 100 miles ( they do charge quite a bit more, full suggested retail I think, but if there were a problem with the tires they might be easier to resolve with)http://www.nokiantires.com/indexen.html
