wiring harness & timing marks 200 84

Hello,

I saw a while back that there was a gentleman making wiring harnesses for people that were better than original volvo. Does anyone know his name and how to be contacted? Also, I have a '84 Ti wagon that I can't seem to find the bottom timing marks on the pulley. Is there any way to time it other than that mark? Right now I'm just doing by ear. I don't know if the mark wore off or what, but the other marks are there(camshaft pulley) and line up. Can I make a new mark if the other ones are correct?
