Which 900's have a manual transmission available? 900

A question of curiosity: Which of the 900 series cars have a manual transmission? I read somewhere that the last of the 900's in the US had auto only. I have a 1990 745 16v stick (M46). Might consider a 940 someday if a stick is available. Would I be trading added complexity (hence repairs) for refinement? If so I will stick with the 740.
