fuel system 700 89

hi,

i'm currently having some problems with the car.

1. there's sometimes a strong gasoline smell inside the car. i guess something near the fuel tank has gone bad and is leaking or smthing

2. fuel gauge on the instrument panel is moving quite erractically. could it be a BAD sensor in fuel tank?

3. speedometer seems to be dead but at speed above 110 km/h it shows some speed (30 km/h). anything below it just lays in its 0 position. ELECTRICS?

what are the parts that should be checked and/or replaced in order to correct these problems?
