Just head to any parking lot in NYC with a Slim-Jim, Torx screwdriver, Philips screwdriver, and 10mm wrench/socket in-hand. I've never seen a RWD Volvo that had an alarm... ;-)

...but this will only get you interior parts or parts from the engine compartment. Oh yeah, and make sure you're wearing a shirt and tie so no one suspects anything.
