It runs with what seems to be a little less power, but other than that when it is running it runs fine. Probably half the time when it stalls it is when I have put it into neutral (manual transmission) and am slowing down for a stop or something like that, and the other half is when accelerating on the highway or a hill. If I am stopped and rev it real hard and then release the accelerator it shakes and almost comes to a stall too. Oh, and thanks for the advice!
