Name this part 200 1983

I've got a 'rubber' hose on my 1983 brick that needs to be replaced, sadly however I cannot find the name of this certain piece. I'll try my best to explain it.

As one would expect, a rubber type hose runs from the turbo to the intercooler, and then from the intercooler there is a PCV length of pipe (the AMM maybe?) and just beyond that, connecting the (AMM?) and intercooler to the Intake manifold is this chunk of rubber hose.. There is a thin slit through it (Which was leaking and causing me a large amount of problems). I've solved the problem for a short while with a fair amount of guide tape.

If someone can tell me the name/part number for a replacement hose, I'd apperciate it!
