Cruise Control Problem 700 1988

Hey there Bricksters,

I have a problem and I hope ya'll can help me. My cruise control stopped working recently, Can anyone tell me where to start looking? Could me leaving it in the on position for long periods of time have something to do about it.. Went to use it yesterday and it doesnt work and I found that it was in the on position.
