anyone replace rear tranny mount bushing on a 760GLE? 700 1989

I have an '89 760GLE w/AW-71 tranny that appears to need a rear tranny mount bushing. This is the mount with the round bushing housing with the pressed in bushing with two rubber rings on either side where the tranny mount bolts attach to the subframe.

Is this a DIY kind of job? Does the housing containing the bushing come off? I am considering trying to find one with a good bushing in it (mine is cracked inside, and the driveline vibrates when accelerating from a standstill) at a boneyard and just installing it with new rubber rings.

Any advice would be appreciated!
