Intermittent Coolant Leak at Head Gasket 200 80

So I've been slowly getting my project into driveable condition and I have noticed a strange coolant leak.

It appears to be leaking from the head gasket right above the water pump. The strange thing is that it only leaks at cold startup, maybe a tablespoon or two, and then stops leaking. It doesn't appear to leak again until the next cold startup.

What gives?

Is it possible that retorquing the head will stop the leak?

Is it possible that it is actually the water pump gasket leaking?

If I am doomed to replace the head gasket, what other things should I be "fixing" while I've got it apart?

Thanks Folks!
