Need Advise & Good Mechanic in NJ 140-160 1970

I just bought a 1970 144S and need to find a mechanic in Central New Jersey who knows these cars well. Hopefully someone who is reasonable in price. I'm in Union County NJ, near Westfield off Rt. 22.

Also, does anyone know a good source of parts for these old volvos? I have the IPD catalog, but is there anyone who makes replacement body parts (like chrome, parking light covers, etc.)? Are these cars really hard to find parts for? I read somewhere that the front brake rotors aren't being made anymore.

Now for some problem questions:

1. The rear end will sometimes shake/vibrate (feels like the rear wheels are loose) as I'm driving, especially when turning. I pulled at the back wheels and there seems to be a lot of "play" in both sides. Could it just be worn wheel bearings or does this much play mean the rear end needs some sort of repair?

2. The brake light is on and when I push the brake pedal it is mushy and sounds like there is a vaccuum leak or something as the pedal slowly goes down and the engine runs a little rough. I looked under the hood and I don't see or hear any leaks. Is it true the brake disks in these cars are not being produced anymore?

3. The parking brake needs to be adjusted and it's tough to pull. I don't see where I can lubricate it or adjust it from inside the car, where does the cable go?
