Re: PCV Service kit 700 86

Rafael -

Last time I went to dealer parts counter for service stuff, I got new trap, new rubber(?) cup, new three-way plastic piece, and then I saw that they wanted about $12 for the small hose. The other items are shaped and designed for our bricks, that small hose is 12 cents a foot at AutoZone or whoever, and replacement labor is nil. The price was around $16 all together. I bought about 4 feet of the small hose.

There really is not a kit, they just feed out the parts as needed. Not all are needed every time (you can bet they sell'em anyway). Can you go in person to a Volvo parts counter? I find that a visit on Saturday is best as the techs aren't popping in an out and there are other DIY-er's there, too.

Good Luck,

Bob
