Speedometer 200 1984

I have an 84 242Turbo made in late 83 that came with an 85 speedometer I replaced that with a later on from an 84 that reads to 120 mph howver the 120 speedometer reads too fast (75mph actual 60mph). Anyone know how to correct this?
