new B20 only 40lbs oil pres???

Helping to put a new motor in my friend's 142 this weekend. Full rebuild, new everything...

Started on first turn of the key...oil pressure went to 60+ within 5 secs or so...

Now after only a very few miles, oil pressure is only 40 lbs driving and 30 lbs idling.

Isn't that a bit weird?
