Smoke coming out of dipstick tube. 200 1984

I was checking my car tiday ans as it was runnung I decided to pull the dipstick out of the the tube then I decided to rev the engine as the dipstick was out and I saw some smoke come out of the dipstick tube. It only did this when I rev the engine. Is this normal and if not what could it be? It isn't smoking from the exhaust. I looked at the muffler while I did this and no smoke from the back. What could this be and what can I do if this isn't normal?

Thanks!
