Re: o2 sensor output 700 1990

Bob,

Thanks for bringing my error to my attention. I had a completely dead O2 sensor on an 89 DL and got not voltage flucuation when I tested it my (incorrect) way and once it was replaced I did get flucuation. However, when I went back to check what was up with that I found that the voltage varied back and forth and at times was over 1 volt. I thought the green wire was for the heater.

Thanks also for your kind approach in correcting me. I was once on a list for Brand X British cars and errors were dealt with harshly by old timers on the list which was detrimental to the value of the list in general.
