Help w purchasing 740 Turbo 700 1987

I have been a long time BMW fan and have been on their list for years. I just signed up for the Volvo list with the hope that it's as great as the BMW Digest. I've always know about Volvos (their greatness), but have never pursued one until now. I'm hoping that this digest has the same type of super people who love cars for their unique souls. Your car nuts know what I'm talking about. Well here's my request (I'm sure it's been posted a million times before).

I would like to know as much about this car as humanly possible.
