help me figure out what I have please..... 900 1994

Hey guys,

I am totally new to the world of Volvos. My previous car was a 87 Saab 900s so this is like apples and oranges to me. My 940 is a totally stock intercooled turbo model. What should I expect from it? Can I get more power from the turbo (boost controllers, boost gauge, a/f meter)? What about the suspension. I know she's rear wheel drive but that's about all I know. The car feels comfortable and stable at just about any speeds (I've only taken her up to 90) and the wheels are the stock 15inchers. I'm planing on adding 17inch rims this summer with summer tires attached. What about sway bars, do I have them should I change them? Who is the competition, BMW? Saab? Audi? Sorry for the multitude of questions but like I said I'm new to the game and before I modify anything I'd like to know where I stand. thanks for dealing with the new kid.
